Toolkit for self-assessment/self-discovery

This toolkit uses the Psychology and Temperament Personality Model, which is back by research and it is regarded by many college counselors as a MUST HAVE toolkit. In 1988, Ms. Kalil started applying personality temperament in her work at El Camino College and other colleges where she counseled over 30,000 college students and adults helping them find direction in their lives. She discovered that counselors needed a system to efficiently help their students—and Career Pointer was born. This self- assessment provides guidance to help you better understand what motivates how you think, feel, and behave. “To have insight about thyself, it is to empower yourself with an understanding of your unique element because we are all different.”

Mapped on O*NET.

The self-assessment toolkit analyzes your answers and maps the answers with careers that fit the your unique personality leveraging O*NET (database from U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics). This toolkit saves many hours of research time, and is a great tool for students and counselors because it generates an instant report of careers that match personality.
